The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion grants permission to use the "Make in India" logo. The process to get permission for use of "Make in India" logo is described above. The person seeking permission to use the "Make in India" logo must apply or make in India Registration certificate to the DIPP in the prescribed format. The use of the 'Make in India' logo without the permission of DIPP is strictly prohibited.
